Sermons on Abiding in Christ

Under His Wings

Pastor Hager preaches about abiding under God’s wings from Psalm 36. He emphasizes how when we are under God’s wings, we are in a place of trust, satisfaction, and enlightenment, and receive joy and the power of the Holy Spirit. He also encourages us to stay away from pride and wickedness, which will hinder God’s blessing.

The Gospel Family

Evangelist Gary Bill preaches the Wednesday evening message of our Revival Meetings from Ephesians 5. He simply, but powerfully deals with the importance of each member of the family living out the reality of the Gospel in every-day life. He describes how a proper response to the Gospel by the believer will affect family relationships for the glory of God.

Evangelist Gary Bill preaches a simple, yet powerful message fro 2 Corinthians 5 about the change that occurs in the life of the believer, both before and after salvation. He helps us understand that our position is different as we are in Christ at the moment of salvation, and because of that, everything else about our lives should be continuously changing to be more like Christ as we take steps of obedience in surrender to Him.

The Power of the Ascension

Pastor Pardee preaches a topical message on the power of the Ascension to close our Easter Sunday emphasis. He teaches how that Christ promised the Holy Spirit to all believers, but that the Holy Spirit only works through the surrendered heart of the believer. He challenges us to walk in the Spirit and to allow Him to produce fruit that will remain for the glory of God.

Abiding In Christ

Missionary Chris Stoll preaches a message on abiding in Christ from John 15. He explains that the reason we are not seeing the fruit we should is because we are not abiding in Christ. He also points out that to abide in Christ, we must be walking in the Spirit, and to walk in the Spirit, we need to take steps in obedience to God’s word.
