Pastor Bryce Hager
Pastor Bryce Hager has served as Senior Pastor at Fellowship Baptist Church for more than 23 years. Pastor Hager has an intense desire to preserve and promote a separated, Godly, and Biblically balanced position both within the church and in his personal life. He has a heart for missions as can be seen in Fellowship Baptist Church’s strong missions program, as well as a passion to reach out into the community around the church with the good news of the Gospel.
Pastor Hager grew up on a two hundred acre dairy farm in Marlette, Michigan, and trusted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of five after a Vacation Bible School class time. He surrendered to the call to preach as a freshman at Bob Jones University, where he graduated in 1973 (B.A.) and with his M.A. in 1975. After graduating, Pastor Hager moved with his new wife to New Buffalo, MI where he served as assistant pastor for 2 years at Bible Baptist Church. From there, the Lord led him to plant Heritage Baptist Church in Englewood, OH, where he served as Pastor and School Administrator for eighteen years. In 1995, the Lord clearly led Pastor Hager to move his family to Greenville to assume the pastorate in Fellowship Baptist Church.
Deb, his wife of 45 years, serves alongside of her husband and leads in the Ladies’ Soulwinning Ministry at Fellowship. Together, they have raised four children and are now enjoying ten grandchildren.
Pastor Rick Pardee, Jr.
Assistant and Youth Pastor
Since June of 2013, Pastor Rick Pardee has served Fellowship Baptist Church as an assistant pastor and youth pastor. Pastor Pardee assists Pastor Hager in the administration of the church ministries including leading the music, discipling the teens and their families, coaching the church’s Bible quiz team, and working to develop Fellowship’s outreach ministry.
Rick grew up in a pastor’s home in Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin. He trusted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of 4, and immediately sensed God’s call on his life to preach. He attended Baptist College of Ministry in Menomonee Falls, WI where he received his B.A. in Bible and Trumpet Pedagogy in 2011 and his Master of Biblical Studies in 2013. In the fall of 2012, the Lord led Rick and his wife to consider the ministry at Fellowship Baptist Church, and almost immediately they sensed that God was leading them to be part of the ministry team at Fellowship. After Rick graduated from seminary in 2013, the Pardee family moved to Greenville to take the assistant pastorate at Fellowship.
While in college, Rick met Sarah and they were married in 2011. Sarah ministers alongside her husband in the youth and music ministry at Fellowship, and together they are raising their three young daughters Svea Grace, Anna Janel, and Corrie Joy.
Jeremy Foerster joined the staff at Fellowship Baptist Church in September of 2018. He serves as the administrative secretary and office manager for the church and its various ministries. He leads the Young Adults Group for Sunday School as well as works with teenagers in the youth group.
Jeremy grew up in a missionary’s home in Standing Rock, New Mexico. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at 12 and sensed the Lord’s leading in ministry soon thereafter. He attended Baptist College of Ministry and Theological Seminary in Menomonee Falls, WI where he received his B.A. in Bible in 2014 and M.A. in Theological Studies in 2017. He has traveled with Minutemen Ministries and has been instrumental in pointing many young people to Jesus Christ.
When approached with the opportunity to serve in the ministry at Fellowship in early 2018, Jeremy sensed God’s leadership in his involvement in the ministry, and is excited about what God is doing and wants to do in and through him.
